FAQ
Common questions about HVAC pricing, emergency service, estimates, warranties, maintenance, and service coverage across the GTA.
How do free estimates work?
Confirm Home Comfort provides free estimates for planned installation and replacement work. Repair calls usually begin with a diagnostic visit so the actual fault can be confirmed before a final repair quote is approved.
How often should I service my furnace?
Confirm Home Comfort recommends annual furnace maintenance, ideally in the fall before heating season. A professional tune-up includes inspection, cleaning, and filter replacement so smaller issues can be caught before they become larger repairs.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Flexible financing options are available for new furnace and air conditioning installations. Ask about available monthly payment plans when booking a consultation.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Confirm Home Comfort offers 24/7 emergency HVAC service across the GTA. Many emergency calls are attended within two to four hours. Call (647) 490-1943 for urgent service.
What brands do you service?
The team services major HVAC brands including Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Daikin, and Rheem.
How long does a furnace installation take?
A standard furnace replacement usually takes four to eight hours, including removal of the previous unit, installation, and testing.
How do warranties work?
Coverage depends on the equipment brand, the specific product line, whether manufacturer registration is required, and the workmanship terms written into the quote or invoice. Labour coverage and manufacturer parts coverage are not always the same thing, so both should be reviewed before approving the job.
What affects the final quote most?
The biggest variables are equipment size and efficiency, home layout, existing ductwork, electrical or venting changes, line-set length, access conditions, and whether the job is a planned replacement or an urgent repair.
